What will the program be like during the event?
Please join the Rotary Club of Lake Union at our Virtual Happy Hour for Good on Thursday, July 23rd from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, with all proceeds benefiting Alpha Supported Living Services. This year our Happy Hour For Good is looking a little different. Normally we would all be enjoying a summer evening on Lake Union at the Center for Wooden Boats to support over 200 people with developmental disabilities served by Alpha.
This year we will all be enjoying a summer evening at home with some wonderful cocktail recipes provided by Woodinville Whiskey! Woodinville Whiskey will be joining us with two mixology lessons throughout the evening featuring two of their delicious cocktails. We will also be sending out those two cocktail recipes provided by Woodinville Whiskey for their featured mixology lesson two weeks before the event so that we can all enjoy happy hour together!
This year’s event will still have all the fun music, presentations, and drinks but just from your own home! We will also have a live silent auction available for bidding at any point during the event.
So sit back in your comfortable chairs wherever you are, put together your snacks and beverages, be happy to miss traffic and parking issues, and let us tell you Alpha’s story and the importance of their mission.
How do I participate in the virtual event?
Click on the Live Stream button above when the event goes live on Thursday, July 23rd at 6:00pm PST. We recommend you tune in with two devices (computer/tablet/cell phone) or open two tabs on your computer. This will allow you to watch the live stream program and bid in the mobile bidding platform during the event.
